To enable WhatsApp messaging, we begin with business verification in Meta Business Manager and link an approved phone number. Message templates are then uploaded for review and must be sanctioned by the WhatsApp team.
Once approved, our platform accepts outgoing requests via HTTPS—containing the template ID and dynamic parameters—and routes them through the WhatsApp Business API endpoint.
Incoming replies and session updates are handled by a dedicated webhook, enabling you to track conversations and manage interactive sessions directly from our dashboard.
Interactive messages (buttons and lists) can be scheduled or triggered by events, with full compliance to WhatsApp’s privacy and consent requirements.
