How to Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account from our services — whether it is Meta services, or created for/through WhatsApp, a web platform, or via a third-party integration provided by IPROD — you may submit a request at any time using one of the methods below:
1. Via Email:
Send an email to: support@ip.mr
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include:

Your full name

The email or phone number associated with the account

The name of the service or platform (e.g., WhatsApp bot, client portal, etc.)
2. Via WhatsApp (if applicable):
Message our support bot or representative with:DELETE MY ACCOUNT
We will confirm and process your request within 72 hours.
3. Via Web Form:
Visit: https://my.ip.mr/index.php/login
Sign in to your account, navigate to the service and click on its name, and down left the menu click on "Request Cancellation", a confirmation of Cancellation and deletion will be sent to your email within 72 hours.
Once your request is confirmed, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
